From: Ray Harms-Wiebe
Relation: Neighbour

Dear Family Members of Mrs. (Sophie) Dueck,

I want to express my heartfelt sentiments as you celebrate Mrs. Dueck’s life and mourn her passing.

I remember Mrs. Dueck for her generous, loving spirit and genuine commitment to Jesus and His Kingdom. Along with the Bahnman tribe, I learned to fish on the beam that joined our farm properties and received valuable life counsel from Mr. and Mrs. Dueck along the way.

Personally, I am very grateful for her prayers and support, from when I was a mischevious young neighbour boy to recent years when she continued to show keen interest in my work with MB Mission.

My prayers are with your family in these days. “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants.” (Ps 116:15) I hope to follow Mrs. Dueck’s example.

With gratitude and sympathy,

Ray Harms-Wiebe
