John Swadden

Tribute

late of Mission passed away January 29, 2013 aged 86 years.   He was born in Vancouver and attended school in Burnaby,  John was a WW II veteran, and served in the Vancouver Police Department.  He received a degree in accounting and completed his working career at BC Hydro where he aspired to supervisor of Internal Auditing.  John was married to Hazel and together they had 5 children and 6 grandchildren.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held Friday, February 8 between 2 pm and 4 pm at Cedarbrooke Chateau, 32331 – 7th Avenue, Mission.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christine Morrison Hospice, 7324 Hurd St., Mission  V2V 3H5.
