Tribute
Judy passed away on July 23, 2024 at the age of 91 years. Born in Parry Sound, Ontario she is survived by her loving husband Frank Mulligan; her daughter Kati (Cal) Richmond, daughter Kelli (Rod) Siemens and daughter Nancy Mulligan; grandchildren Melissa, Brett, Jordan, Candace, Jake, Luke, Quin, Jageur and Sawyer; her great grandchildren and other family members and friends. Private arrangements have been made.
In lieu of flowers donations to the BC SPCA are greatly appreciated as Mom loved all animals.
