passed away December 9, 2012 at the age of 72 years. She is survived by her brothers Erich (Hildegard), Adolf (Else), Herbert (Julie), Arno (Liese), Helmut (Hildegard), Hans (Charlene) and Ernst (Bernita); many nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.

Elfreide was a courageous person who served in Brazil. I knew her for many years and my wife and I had the joy of visiting her twice in Abbotsford over the last several years. In Brazil she served at a mission organization and was able to process correspondence in four languages. We rejoice in her complete healing.
