Dear Family Members
I treated Darlene for many years and I always enjoyed seeing her. She was an honest and sincere person who had compassion for her clients. I think the work that she did as a counselor/aide was useful and she took her job seriously. Life never seemed to be easy for Darlene, with her struggles with diabetes and later her cancer.
Darlene always persevered, even with work and health difficulties. I admired her for that and will miss her.

It is with great sadness I just heard of Darlene’s passing.Darlene consulted with me while working with children.I witnessed how dedicated she was the the children and family she served under at times very difficult circumstances. I will always think of her surrounded with light and warmth now that she has moved on from a very arduous journey. My sincere condolences to her loved ones. She will be missed by the many people whose lives she has touched in one form or an other.
