I am sorry to learn of Mr. Prince’s death. It was a pleasure for me to visit with him during his short time at Christine Morrison Hospice where I work as a volunteer in Mission. I did not know Mr. Prince well but he was a good friend and neighbour of my parents for many years on Jay Crescent in Surrey. I also enjoyed meeting Lori at CMH a couple of weeks ago. Where have all the years gone? I was 21 years old when my parents first moved to Jay Crescent. I will be 60 in about 6 weeks time!!! I am sorry to learn of the loss of such a fine gentlemen. My sincerest sympathies to Doris, Stephen and Lori and all of the many other family membes and friends as well.

Dear Doris, Stephen & Lori, Sean, Debbie, Paige & Michael,

Speaking as a nephew, our family was blessed with colourful uncles (one word: Ole), but even though George was quieter, he still had qualities I really admired, like his easy laugh, and a passion for something that always made him seem cool to me — his interest in aviation. When we were kids, and we’d go to the Abbotsford Air Show, George was the one who knew everything about all the planes.

I am saddened as our family grows smaller, and sad that all of you have lost a great husband, dad, and grandfather.
