Audrey Marion Vander-hoek (Evans)

Tribute
Audrey was born June 1, 1930 in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan and came to BC in 1945 with her family, settling on Mt. Lehman Road. She met her husband Harry in Abbotsford and they married in 1952. They lived in Victoria until 1973 when they moved back to Abbotsford. Audrey was mostly a stay-at-home mom looking after her family. She enjoyed many different crafts as well as flower gardening, a trip to Arizona and fishing in Northern B.C. She leaves behind her daughter June Alapaugh (Bob); sons Stuart and Wayne (Colleen); seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Harry May 3, 2015; mother Irene Evans in 1978; dad Stuart Evans in 1977; brothers Jack in 2002 and Trevor in 2009; sister Marj in 2008 and sister-in-law Betty in 2008.
