Tribute
Keith was born March 8, 1954 and passed away peacefully on September 2, 2022. Thank You, Jesus, for never leaving or forsaking him. We saw Your wondrous works each day.
Keith was predeceased by Mother Madeline Grace Seidler nee Holman, Father Alfred Gus Seidler and sister Denise Inez Ishii née Seidler.
Keith is lovingly remembered by his wife Lorrie, his daughter Jennifer (Will), Three step children Nicole (Rick), Jeremy and Zac (Kristie). His granddaughter Lucy and ten step grandchildren, Adrian (Marie), Kayden, Kyrsten, Talon, Brandon, Paul, Arnold, Patience, Estelle and Wynne.Three step great grandchildren Brinley, Celine and Drew. Two sisters, Lynne (Leo), Shelley and several nieces and nephews.
Keith loved learning and after retiring from teaching, he began pursuing his lifelong dream to obtain a science degree. Keith was an avid musician. He played guitar, bass guitar, piano, and drums. He wrote music and lyrics for several songs. Keith was an athlete riding his bike 120 kilometers a week. Keith invented and adapted items to make our life easier. Keith enjoyed drawing cartoons while he waited for scheduled classes and appointments. Keith was known for his kindness and encouragement. He is loved and missed by his family and friends. Jesus you have been with Keith on earth and we take comfort in knowing that You are with Keith for eternity. Thank You for this day, Jesus.
A service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will be held at Northview Community Church 32040 Downes Road in the West Court on September 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM (please park in the back). A link to watch the service virtually will be added soon. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Alan was a remarkable person who I got to know from attending SFU and growing up in Mission. He was always generous with his time and had a great sense of humour. I am sorry we lost contact over the years. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.
