Tribute
Surrounded by his family, Karl passed away peacefully August 25, 2012 at the age of 95 years. He is survived by his daughters Ria Aberle and Monika (Jurgen) Schroth; grandchildren Kecia, Kevin, Jason and Corina; great grandchildren Caleb, Lukas, Anika and Tyler and many other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Elisabeth in August 2000 and son-in-law Dieter Aberle in 1996. Karl’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 4 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1573 East 18 Avenue, Vancouver. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mark’s.
